So, when designing for the future… “Shall we just stop then?” A brilliant question, almost never heard and who would dare?

I highly recommend you check out this intelligent and insightful conversation from the episode “What everyone gets wrong about AI”, with Kara Swisher from “On With Kara Swisher” and designer/ author Nick Foster RDI who wrote “Could, Should, Might, Don’t. How we think about the future”, which amongst a host of pertinent points, touches on something that has bothered me for as long as I’ve been thinking and working in digital: the very real lack of significant thinking about how the things being designed in the now will impact on the future.

A call to action for us to all challenge those designing for the future more!
